1. You can schedule an appointment online if you have Form I-385.
2. Try visiting the office in person without an appointment.
3. Message through the BI SmartLINK app if you are under supervision.
4. Send an email or call.
If you urgently need to contact ICE to:
- request to be added to the court system;
- request temporary return of your passport;
- request permission to leave the state,
you may email your nearest ERO (Enforcement & Removal Operations) office.
Be sure to include your first name, last name, and A-number; if possible, attach photos of your I-862 Notice to Appear and I-94.
