YES. This is now a mandatory requirement for everyone who crossed the border through Mexico.
- All noncitizens who are in removal proceedings (those issued a Form I-862 Notice to Appear) must check in with ICE at least once a year - https://portal.ice.gov/immigration-guide/check-ins
- This applies even if the documents you received at the border do not list a date or time to report to ICE.
- If you have Form I-385 or Form G-56, you are required to report to ICE within the specified timeframe. You can schedule an appointment online at:

If you are unsure whether you must report to ICE, you may:

- contact your local ICE office.
