This form is the official proof of your status.
If you won the USCIS interview, it will be sent to you automatically.
If you won your case in court, you need to schedule an appointment at the nearest USCIS office. You can do this in 3 ways:

2) Contact USCIS support via the Emma chat:

- To get past the bot to a live agent, use the key phrase Info Pass by phone and Live chat in the chat.

3) Request an appointment in your USCIS online account:

This is the newest and most convenient method. Here is how to do it:
- In your online account, go to Resources -> select Schedule an Appointment. Or open the link above after you sign in.
- Keep English (the Russian translation is limited and does not work correctly)
- Click Request an appointment
- Next -> Next again -> Step 1 Next again
- Step 2 of 4 - select Immigratiom Judge Grants
- Below, select Yes and type I have a copy -> click Next
- Then you will need to enter your information
- If you have family members who also need an appointment, select Yes and add their information by clicking Add family member (add children, but do not add your spouse - explained below)
- At the end, you will receive confirmation of your request. You will get a Service Item number and the phone number USCIS will call you from. Add this number to your contacts and exceptions for all silent modes so you do not miss the call. The call should come within 3-5 business days, which can effectively be about a week. Also, instead of calling, they may theoretically email you.
- When USCIS calls, the agent will ask you to confirm your first and last name, date of birth, and full address. You can also confirm this information for your children under 18. However, your spouse will be asked to come to the phone and confirm their information personally. Therefore, it is better if your spouse requests an appointment through their own online account to receive the call on their own phone. Attention! No interpreter is provided.
- At the end of the call, the agent will give you the date and time of your USCIS appointment, and all detailed information, including the address, will be sent to the email you provided on the USCIS website.
For the appointment, you must bring:
- A copy of the court decision (you can get it from the court clerk’s office or your attorney)
- ID (for example, passport, DL, work)
- 2 passport-style photos 2x2’’
You will either receive the card immediately at the office, or you will be told to wait until another appointment is scheduled for pickup.
With the I-94 Asylum Granted (White Card), you can stay in the United States for as long as you want. With it, you can obtain a full SSN without any restrictions (STEP 2), and in some states, a Real ID.
It does not allow you to travel outside the U.S. and return. For that, you will need a Travel Document (STEP 3).
After receiving the I-94, you can file Form I-485 for a Green Card (STEP 4).
