This privacy policy (“Policy”) governs the data processing practices of FORZ LLC. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) when you (“you” or “your”) use or access our “I-GUIDE: Adaptation in the USA”

 mobile application (”App” or “I-GUIDE”) or website www.i-guide.info

 

Protecting your private information is our priority. This Statement of Privacy applies to I-GUIDE: Adaptation in the USA app, and FORZ LLC and governs data collection and usage. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to FORZ LLC include i-guide.info and I-GUIDE: Adaptation in the USA app. The application is a news and information application.

 

By using the Service, you also accept Google Privacy Policy as I-GUIDE uses YouTube API Services and are subject to Google Privacy Policy. Unless otherwise defined, terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms of Service. If you do not agree with the terms, do not access or use the Service or any other aspect of our business.

  

 

  • Collection of your Personal Information 

 

In order to better provide you with products and services offered, I-GUIDE may collect personally identifiable information, such as your: 

  

 - First and Last Name 

 - Mailing Address 

 - E-mail Address 

 - Phone Number 

 - Immigration information 

  

If you purchase I-GUIDE's products and services, we collect billing and credit card information. This information is used to complete the purchase transaction. 

  

I-GUIDE may also collect anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to you, such as your: 

  

 - Age 

 - Gender 

  

We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. However, you may be required to provide certain personal information to us when you elect to use certain products or services. These may include: (a) registering for an account; (b) entering a sweepstakes or contest sponsored by us or one of our partners; (c) signing up for special offers from selected third parties; (d) sending us an email message; (e) submitting your credit card or other payment information when ordering and purchasing products and services. To wit, we will use your information for, but not limited to, communicating with you in relation to services and/or products you have requested from us. We also may gather additional personal or non-personal information in the future.

I-GUIDE collects and uses your personal information to operate and deliver the services you have requested. 

  

I-GUIDE may also use your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services available from I-GUIDE and its affiliates.

I-GUIDE does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties. 

  

I-GUIDE may, from time to time, contact you on behalf of external business partners about a particular offering that may be of interest to you. In those cases, your unique personally identifiable information (e-mail, name, address, telephone number) is not transferred to the third party. I-GUIDE may share data with trusted partners to help perform statistical analysis, send you email or postal mail, provide customer support, or arrange for deliveries. All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these services to I-GUIDE, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information. 

  

I-GUIDE may disclose your personal information, without notice, if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on I-GUIDE or the site; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of I-GUIDE; and/or (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of I-GUIDE, or the public. 

 

 

  • Case Tracking Data

 

When you use our App or website and search for a USCIS Case or NVC Case, we may receive from governmental public sources information associated with your application such as your USCIS/NVC unique receipt number, the status of your application, and other identifiable information such as your name, gender, date of birth, national origin, citizenship, passport number, etc.

We process such data for the purpose of providing the services. We process your data subject to our contractual obligations with you, to enable you to track your application and enable the functionality of our Apps.

 

 

  • Transaction Data

 

When you decide to make a purchase on our App, the payments are in-app payments and shall be subject to the app store terms and privacy:

We do not keep any payment data, however, we process commercial transaction data such as records of purchases and email address. We will use third-party in app payment processors, any transactions that are processed by this third-party will be governed by their policies. We process such data to perform our contract with you, and to enable you to use certain features of our services.

 

  

 

  • Right to Deletion 

 

Subject to certain exceptions set out below, on receipt of a verifiable request from you, we will: 

  • Delete your personal information from our records; and 
  • Direct any service providers to delete your personal information from their records. 

  

Please note that we may not be able to comply with requests to delete your personal information if it is necessary to: 

  • Complete the transaction for which the personal information was collected, fulfill the terms of a written warranty or product recall conducted in accordance with federal law, provide a good or service requested by you, or reasonably anticipated within the context of our ongoing business relationship with you, or otherwise perform a contract between you and us; 
  • Detect security incidents, protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity; or prosecute those responsible for that activity; 
  • Debug to identify and repair errors that impair existing intended functionality; 
  • Exercise free speech, ensure the right of another consumer to exercise his or her right of free speech, or exercise another right provided for by law; 
  • Comply with the California Electronic Communications Privacy Act; 
  • Engage in public or peer-reviewed scientific, historical, or statistical research in the public interest that adheres to all other applicable ethics and privacy laws, when our deletion of the information is likely to render impossible or seriously impair the achievement of such research, provided we have obtained your informed consent; 
  • Enable solely internal uses that are reasonably aligned with your expectations based on your relationship with us; 
  • Comply with an existing legal obligation; or 
  • Otherwise use your personal information, internally, in a lawful manner that is compatible with the context in which you provided the information. 

  

 

  • Children Under Thirteen 

 

Our Service is not intended for use by children and children under the age of 13 are prohibited from using the Service. I-GUIDE does not knowingly collect any information from children, nor is the Service directed to children. If you are under 13, please do not attempt to register for the Service or send any Personal Information about yourself to us.

 

By accessing, using and/or submitting information to or through the Service, you represent that you are not younger than age 13. If we learn that we have received any information directly from a child under age 13 without his/her parent’s written consent, we will use that information only to respond directly to that child (or his/her parent or legal guardian) to inform the child that he/she cannot use the Service, and we will subsequently delete that information. If you believe that a child under 13 may have provided us Personal Information, please contact us at info@i-guide.info.

 

If you are between age 13 and the age of majority in your place of residence, you may use the Service only with the consent of or under the supervision of your parent or legal guardian. If you are a parent or legal guardian of a minor child, you may use the Service on behalf of such minor child. Any information that you provide us while using the Service on behalf of your minor child will be treated as Personal Information as otherwise provided herein.

 

If you use the Service on behalf of another person, regardless of age, you agree that I-GUIDE may contact you for any communication made in connection with providing the Service or any legally required communications. You further agree to forward or share any such communication with any person for whom you are using the Service on behalf.

 

In Simple Terms: Our service isn’t meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information. If we find out we have, we’ll delete it.

 

  

 

  • E-mail Communications 

 

From time to time, I-GUIDE may contact you via email for the purpose of providing announcements, promotional offers, alerts, confirmations, surveys, and/or other general communication. In order to improve our Services, we may receive a notification when you open an email from I-GUIDE or click on a link therein. 

  

If you would like to stop receiving marketing or promotional communications via email from I-GUIDE, you may opt out of such communications by replying STOP. 

  

 

  • External Data Storage Sites 

 

We may store your data on servers provided by third party hosting vendors with whom we have contracted.

We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy Policy at any time. You should check this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed of any updates. Your continued use of the Service after we post any modifications to the Privacy Policy on this page will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your agreement to abide and be bound by the modified Privacy Policy.

 

Active Consent for Material Changes:

 

If we make any material changes to this Privacy Policy, including changes related to ownership or control of our company, we will seek your active consent before those changes take effect. We will notify you of these changes through the email address you have provided us, or by placing a prominent notice on our mobile app and/or website. You will be required to review and accept the updated Privacy Policy to continue using our Service.

To ensure that you fully understand the changes being made, we will provide plain-language summaries of any significant updates to the Privacy Policy. These summaries will highlight the key changes in a clear and concise manner, allowing you to easily comprehend how the modifications may affect your rights and use of the Service.

California consumers also have a right to opt out of the sale of their personal information by a business and a right not to be discriminated against for exercising one of their California privacy rights. I-GUIDE does not sell the personal information of California consumers and does not discriminate in response to privacy rights requests.

 

I-GUIDE provides notice of our privacy practices in our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy includes what personal information is collected, the source of the personal information, and the purposes of use, as well as whether I-GUIDE discloses that personal information and if so, the categories of third parties to whom it is disclosed..

 

California consumers can exercise their rights by sending an email to info@i-guide.info. In response to such a request, I-GUIDE has the right to ask you for information which we consider necessary to verify your identity for security and to prevent fraud. This information may include name, contact information, and information related to your transaction or relationship with I-GUIDE, but the specific information requested may differ depending on the circumstances of your request for your security and to protect privacy rights.

 

In Simple Terms: If you live in California, you have specific rights over your data, like knowing what we collect and requesting deletion. We respect these rights.
